1. Who we are
The owner of engo.com.ua and the controller of personal data is ENGO LLC (EDRPOU code 31201563), registered address: office 204, 48/50 Volynska St, Kyiv, 03151, Ukraine. Phone: +380 44 249 98 66.

2. What data we receive
When you send a request or ask us to call you back, we receive the data you entered: your name and phone number and, if you choose, your e-mail, company name, comment and the list of products in the request.
The date and the page the request was sent from are saved with it automatically.
3. Why
To answer your request, clarify the details and prepare a commercial offer. We do not use this data for mailings without your separate consent.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the request form, under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
5. Who has access
Only company staff who handle requests. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where required by law.
The website and e-mail run on a hosting provider’s servers, which store the data only on our behalf. Notifications about a new request reach our staff by e-mail and in a private work group in Telegram.
6. How long we keep it
Three years from the date of the request, or less if you ask us to delete the data earlier.
7. Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it. Write to office@engo.com.ua — we will reply within 30 days.
8. Cookies and analytics
The site may use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors use it: which pages they view, where they come from and which device they use. For this, Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are stored in your browser. The data is aggregated: we cannot see who you are and do not combine it with requests.
Analytics cookies are set only after you agree in the site banner; you can change your choice at any time via the “Privacy settings” link at the bottom of the page.
The request list (products you selected) is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us until you submit a request. The site uses no advertising trackers.
